Account: email, Google or email sign-in, a user id. Profile: name, body metrics you type, training days, store, diet rules, optional scans/labs you import.

Usage in the app: today’s plan, check-ins, progress photos, messages, household grocery pairing, coach links you accept.

Payments: Stripe handles cards. We store subscription and hire status, not your full card number.

Optional: Health Connect or Apple Health steps, heart rate, and active energy on the Play / App Store apps if you Connect; Google Fit steps/calories if you grant it; Bluetooth heart-rate while a strap is paired on a supporting binary. Display-only. Never a diagnosis.

Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage (photos). Stripe for Coach+ and hire. The public website is onecoachtoday.com.

You. A coach only after you accept and grant scopes (file, check-ins, photos). Coach Today Desk (admin) can review applications and support threads. Household partners see combined grocery grams, not your medical file.

We don’t sell your file. We don’t run ads.

Until you Delete Account, or we must keep a record for law, dispute, or tax (Stripe already keeps payment records).

You can disconnect Health, disconnect Fit, disconnect a strap, leave a household, revoke a coach, cancel Coach+ in Stripe, and delete your account on You → Account.

The app is not directed at children under 13.
