Terms

Coach Today is a training and nutrition template app operated by Travis Cano, doing business as Coach Today. The public website is onecoachtoday.com (https://onecoachtoday.com and www).

These Terms are a starting point, not a substitute for a lawyer. Using the app means you agree to them.

Meals, lifts, macros, labs education, DEXA notes, and heart-rate cues are templates — not a diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice. They are not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or licensed trainer.

Talk to a clinician before you change how you eat or train if you have a condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are under 18. Stop and get help if you feel pain, dizziness, fainting, or chest pressure.

You must be 13 or older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

Your plan, check-ins, photos, and messages live on your account (Firebase). You can clear this phone without deleting the cloud file. Delete Account on You → Account erases your account data. Cancel Coach+ in Stripe first if you subscribe.

Coach+ is $24.99 per month for extra app features (assembly, household cart, history, week-mode, and similar). Coach+ Duo is $34.99 per month for two accepted household seats — a pairing code alone is not Duo. Coach+ is not payment to a human coach. New accounts get platform tools (Plus, Duo, a la carte, wholesale) for 7 days from signup, no card. After that week, those tools lock until a live Stripe subscription or a Stripe-verified lifetime coupon (100% off forever). Promo codes are entered in the app or on Stripe Checkout — typing a code does not unlock Plus until Stripe confirms. A first-invoice coupon is not lifetime. Hire, consultation, and a la carte review fees still go to the coach. Manage or cancel in Stripe using the same email as this account.

Coaches on Find a Coach are independent contractors, not employees of Coach Today. Listed rates are set by the coach and cannot be $0. Hire payments run in the app through Stripe. Do not pay a coach off-app for a listing you found here.

Coach Today collects a platform fee (15%) from the coach’s hire. Clients see the coach’s listed rate, not the split. First consult access follows the hire you paid for.

Progress photos you upload may be seen by a coach you have accepted and scoped. Messages with Coach Today Desk, a hired coach, or a household pair are private to those threads.

Bluetooth heart-rate, Health Connect, HealthKit, and Google Fit are optional. Fit needs your Google permission. The iPhone Home Screen web app cannot pair a BLE strap or read HealthKit. Store binaries can Connect Health Connect or Apple Health for display-only steps, heart rate, and watch burn. Watch calories never rewrite meals. Education, not medical care.

Don’t harass, impersonate, scrape, or try to break accounts. We can remove a listing, a coach, or an account that breaks these Terms or the law.

The app is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Coach Today is not liable for injuries, lost gains, or results from following a template or a coach you hired. Coaches are responsible for their own advice and credentials.
